My husband gave me a 35 mm camera for college graduation many years ago, and most of the time he doesn't regret the decision because I love photography so much. However, when we're driving down the road, and I cry, "Stop the car, there's a great photo opportunity," he does have second thoughts. Most of the time he stops.

We have had unique opportunities to live in many foreign countries, which has created thousands of opportunities to capture images of people, culture, architecture and historic places. We have lived and worked in Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Albania and Germany. We have visited many more countries, too.
